DailySpruce is designed to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the service. We do not require users to provide government identifiers, financial information, health information, location data, or other sensitive personal information to use the app.

· Deliver app functionality
· Process subscriptions
· Enable household invitations and member access
· Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personalinformation. We may share information withtrusted service providers that help us operate Daily Spruce, includingproviders of:

For this reason, Daily Spruce isdesigned to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide theservice. We do not require users to provide sensitive or confidential personalinformation to use the app. Where household member profiles are created, usersmay choose their own display names and profile images and are not required touse legal names or identifying photographs.
We retain information for as longas necessary to provide the Daily Spruce service and fulfil the purposesdescribed in this Privacy Policy.
When an account is deleted,personal information will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable periodunless retention is required for legal, security or operational purposes.
Deleting an account may impacthousehold data, tasks and member access associated with that account.
You may request deletion of youraccount directly through the Daily Spruce application. When your account is deleted:
· Access to the service will cease
· Personal information associated with youraccount will be deleted
· Certain information may be retained whererequired by law or for legitimate business purposes
Daily Spruce allows householdadministrators to create child profiles for household participation purposes.
Child profiles are managedentirely by a parent or household administrator and are not intended to operateas independent user accounts.
Household administrators andparents have control over how child profiles are represented within the app.They may choose to use nicknames, initials or other preferred display namesrather than a child's legal name. Profile photos are optional and may beomitted or replaced with a non-identifying image, avatar or character.
Daily Spruce does not require orcollect additional personal information about children beyond the display nameand optional profile image selected by the parent or household administrator. No date of birth, address, contact details orother personal information is required for child profiles.
We do not knowingly collect morepersonal information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide theservice.
Your information may be storedand processed in countries other than your country of residence.
Where information is transferredinternationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards arein place to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policyfrom time to time. Any updates will be published onour website and/or within the application. Continued use of Daily Spruce afterchanges are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
